If the event is rained out, it will be posted here no later than 9:30 a.m. July 8th.
Vendors can begin setup after 10 AM but must have there vehicles out of park by 11:30 AM
Command post does not open till 10 am.

Crafter Section
As a crafter you get a 10 x 10 space for $20 and you will not be responsible for the 25% vendor donation. Bring your own tables displays and chairs since none will be supplied. Instruction for payment are on the vendor form.
No Pets Allowed - only working service animals will be allowed in the event area.
THE DOG PARK - You will only be able to access the dog park from Constitution Avenue.
The dog park will close at 6:00 PM on Community Day.

and within 2 weeks you will be notified by email
if you have been accepted.
To be listed on the poster, map and web site the
deadline to register is May 1, 2012
Final deadline to register is June 1, 2012 (You will only be listed on the web site.)
